• Shipping Speed: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business (Monday- Friday) days. Expedited orders are rush processed and usually ship within 1-2 business days once processed.
• Online Only Styles: Some of our styles are only available directly from our distributor' warehouse
• Lost Packages: If shipping insurance is not purchased, Overlook Boots is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please verify that your address is correct before submitting orders. Holiday Season Shipping

• Delivery times increase from November through December. Order volume rises sharply during this period, and each order ships directly from the manufacturer.
• Most orders arrive within the delivery time of the shipping method you choose, but during this period some orders take two weeks or longer.
• Delivery before December 25 cannot be guaranteed for any order. The earlier you order, the better your chances.
• Because orders move into processing quickly, cancellations and changes are often not possible during the holiday season.
• If a gift must arrive by a specific date, please call us before ordering at 717-759-3100, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• We understand that you may need to change or cancel an order after it's been placed, and we will always do our best to help when that happens.
• Orders are processed and sent along very quickly after checkout — often within a very limited window. Once an order has entered that process, we may no longer be able to cancel it or make changes.
• If you need to cancel an order or change something about it (size, style, shipping address, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We'll check the status of your order right away and let you know if we're able to accommodate your request.
• Reaching out does not guarantee that an order can be stopped or changed — if it has already been processed, shipped, or is otherwise too far along, the order will need to proceed as placed, and our standard return/exchange policy below will apply.
• To help avoid the need for a change, we recommend double-checking your size, width, style, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
